Refund policy

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns/exchanges.

Items must be in new, original condition with all product tags attached (if applicable), and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Proof of purchase is also required (i.e. valid order number). If any of these conditions are not met, your return/exchange may be denied. MTOS LLC has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including refund method), credit your account, or exchange the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
